RETURNS are accepted, with the exception of items purchased DOWNSTAIRS or from COLLECTOR'S FINDS, within 30 days and with prior approval. Kindly notify us in advance.

We take great care to wrap and pack our Polish stoneware but in the event of DAMAGES, please notify us as soon as possible. In order for UPS to reimburse us for the broken item, you will be asked to retain the damaged stoneware, packing materials and boxes for seven (7) business days. UPS inspects all packages regardless of the dollar amount. We will reimburse you or replace the item, if possible.

SHIPPING is charged according to the current UPS ground service rates. At the time of check out, you are given an estimate. We will adjust the final shipping charges once your box is packed and weighed. Reduced price items weigh the same as full priced so our estimates may seem high initially.

We are happy to hold your orders for combined shipping savings for a maximum of 30 days.
